It is important that you make a will so you can decide what happens to your property and possessions after your death. It is not law that you must make a will but we strongley recommend that it is the best way to make sure your estate is passed on to family and friends exactly as you wish. If you died and you had not made a will, then there is a good chance that all of your assets will be distributed according to the law.
But the big question is 'how much does it cost to write a will' and not forgetting 'what exactly must be included in it?'
Below are a the factors you need to take into account when you start to think about writing a will.
•how much money, property and possessions do I have
•who do I want to give something too
•who will look after my children
•who will be my executor and see my wishes carried out
You can write your will yourself, but we would always recommend that you have a solicitor go through the various legal formalities just to make sure that your will is valid. Plus a solicitor can also advise you about how Inheritance Tax affects you.
Obviously the bigger your estate potentially the more complicated your will may be to write so always seek the proper advice and don't forget there are many voluntary organisations such as Citizens Advice Bureau and Age UK can also help with your will.
The prices for writing a Will based on the cost of basic Wills that covers gifts, appointment of guardians and setting up a bereaved minors trust.
[DIY Will kits – from £2 - £25]
Online Wills – from £50 – £300
Unqualified Will Writer – between £70 and £200 for a pair of mirror Wills
Qualified Will Writer – between £100 and £275 for a pair of mirror Wills
Solicitor – between £175 and £500 for a pair of mirror Wills *
STEP Qualified Solicitor from £250 * (but can be lower if you are not asking for the STEP qualification)
As always get a complete price for your Will before you commit.
A word of warning about very cheap offers to write your Will.
There are some firms who advertise a home visit wills service at very low fees. These can be as low as £50 for a pair of mirror wills. Do treat these offers with extreme caution as they are too often a way of up-selling to expensive and unwarranted probate products costing perhaps £2,500 to £3,000.
If you think about it the price is just too low to make any sense commercially so there must be a catch.

Is there a bigger .co.ck than Google?
Is there a bigger cock than Google, that's a bit strong I hear you say.
Check the '.' and you will see that I am talking Google.co.ck which as we all know is the search engine of choice of anybody that lives in the Cook Islands.
Interesting that the bigwigs at Google thought that the extra users in the Cook Islands having their own Google tailored search engine was far more rewarding than making one of the biggest companies in the world look slightly foolish, to say the least, or rather a bit of a cock.
I first discovered this fact when I was running a world wide ranking report on my website. There are loads and loads of places that have their own Google search engine, some with very very small populations. Download this software and check out your rankings for free.www.reportandsubmit.com
Anyway it got me wondering what other large companies would take the plunge and buy a .co.ck domain name?
I'm on a busy train at the moment so I dare not check on that rather well known recruitment website, Monster, just in case it's about 'jobs' of a different kind.

World domination, where do you start?
Search engine optimisation is fairly straight forward if you are just setting up a website or blog. Your first steps will be to research what search phrases you would ideally like your site to found on in search engines.
OK not rocket science but you would be surprised how many people have not a clue about search engines.
Unless you do SEO for a living then you will totally understand and appreciate that fact.
The burning question is why do so many people not understand SEO, not even the basic concept that if you want to be found on a particular phrase then you must at least make sure that those words appear on the page to even have the remotest chance of ranking on it.
Do people really think that some little Googler sits down in front of their PC then go right Fred Blogs has just submitted a new site lets see what it is all about then I can rank the site accordingly.
I do firmly believe that while most website designers are to blame for the fact that most websites totally under perform but as a business owner you have to take some responsibity for your company website and at least research the basics so you can inform the website designer of your aim.
While it varies in its results depending on whether you are logged in or not the Google adwords tool is more than enough guide to get you started. It will suggest more than enough ideas for you to formulate a plan of attack to get the site ranking in the right places.
Then make sure that those phrases appear as exact phrases in your meta tags and that they appear on the page itself, as the point of meta tags is that they are key areas of importance on your web page.
Now before you all get shirty about about the use of meta tags you will never and I mean never be down graded for having relevant well structured meta information so rather than take a chance on not having them, always use them. Bing and Yahoo both rely on them and Google are so guarded about their ranking algorthym that you can not believe a word they say.
So your new site is now designed and filled with great content and launched, sit back and wait and see what happens. Probably a good time then to start building up some links etc.
So that's a new site dead simple.
What about a site that has been around for a while producing a bit of business but not setting the world on fire. Well it is critical before you start pulling the site apart and rewriting this and deleting that you must first establish where the traffic is coming from. The site may have the odd good rank which generates some business so always run several ranking reports on lots of different search phrases and establish where exactly you are in the search engines to start with.
This SEO Software will let you run as many ranking reports as you like on as many different websites as you like covering every single Google in the whole wide world.

SEO - SEO Software
SEO is the heart of internet as it drives the traffic. The Internet without traffic is nothing in today’s world. Suppose you have a fantastic looking website with all the right products and text but there is no traffic to your website, what will you do?
This is the question, that is why it is said to start a business is easy but to maintain business and to remain in competition is the hard part.
Having a fantastic website with all good products but no sales is useless. So to make this website better you just need to SEO your website so that it goes to high search engines and Google select it as one of the top websites, increasing the viewers and making all your efforts worthwhile. The two types of optimization are as follow:
On-page SEO is designing your website in friendly way. The Title of the website page can have the relevant and specific keyword phrases in it so that it attracts more users and similarly researching the market demand can have competition with other websites or you can use specific keywords which are less used in other websites to catch traffic.
Off-page SEO it gets the link from other linked websites back with reference to the keywords. Talking about backlinks it is necessary to have quality links with relevant keywords so it gives meaning to the website.
For a successful website one needs to have both on-page and off-page optimization that to with full knowledge as there is a very rare case that without any hard work you can get to the top . Therefore, full knowledge and strategies for optimization is necessary to be on top. Success only comes when it drives traffic to your website and this is only done when searches are user friendly. Links are seeked for your website in a way that search engine drives users to you by just typing the keyword and the keyword should be relevant and according so that seeks users for you an add to the traffic.
It is in a way that search engine look for the keyword and more the keyword on your site will help the engine to send traffic to us. We cannot say whether off-page has more importance or on-page has importance as both are important to search engine optimization and its success. In the similar way we cannot even neglect them. We know that off-page search engine optimization helps us get higher search engine optimization its simple way off-page SEO values the offer and quality links gives us high search engine which ranks us on the page making our website favorite and full of traffic.
Thus making we move towards success at higher pace. Therefore, strategies should be changed time to time so that the success rate doubles by bringing more traffic to the website. It s concluded in the end that off-page search engine optimization brings more traffic to the website by quality links i.e. these are those links which are further linked with same content and the keywords used are relevant and add to increasing the traffic thus making our website successful and a part of high search engine.
I recommend you use this SEO Software to get started www.reportandsubmit.com

Google SEO Software
Here is the list of my top 10 of important Google SEO ranking factors to consider:
1. Age of Domain: Age of URL is very important. If you just bought your domain a few weeks or even months ago you have a long road ahead of you. The reality is the age of your website helps build trust. If your website has been online for several years, chances are you have an established business.
2. Domain Hosting: Where is your site hosted? Find out through your hosting company what continent or country your site is hosted in. This can often times play a large role in search rankings. Always use a reputable hosting company. If your company is US based then use a hosting company in the United States. Also, I always recommend a dedicated IP when you can. There are virtual dedicated and cloud hosting solutions that are more affordable. Never use the cheapest hosting. The reality is, if you cannot afford hosting you should re-consider the business…I know this is harsh but very true.
3. Your Neighbors: If you have a virtual server, which sites like Godaddy usually are have been known to house hundreds of websites on one server. Make sure that your neighbors on your server are not classified as spam.
4. URL Structure: Make sure your URL structures are very clean. There should not be any random strings of characters at the end of your URL’s. This is part of the onsite search engine optimization process as well.
5. Content: Content is very important; To start make sure you have text on all your important pages, then make sure it is good text consisting of your targeted keywords spread throughout naturally. Simply put, ALWAYS write your content for humans, your website visitors first and NEVER write content for the solo purpose to achieve Google search engine rankings. Chances are the content will not be user focused or provide value to your visitors.
6. Internal Link Structure: Make sure your inner pages are linked correctly. Visitors should have easy made pathways connecting to your other pages from every page of your website. Make sure the code of your website is verified and keep flash and JavaScript to a minimum, if you can. Essentially make sure the site is clean, easy to use and interlinked to help the user experience.
7. Trust: Do you at least have a mailing address listed on your website? You should if you don’t. Google likes to see trust factors on websites so anything you can add that could help build trust for your audience will benefit your rankings. I always recommend having a phone number on each page of your website. Make it easy for people to do business with you, it all starts with establishing trust and that starts with contact information on your website.
8. Keywords: Make sure your website is optimized using your keywords. This means any alt tags for images, meta page information and existing content at the very least of things. Remember to naturally optimize your website based on the content of each page of your website.
9. Bounce Rate: Although bounce rate might not seem important if Google sees that nobody hangs out on your website for more than a few seconds before they leave this could be a ranking problem over time. Make changes to get visitors engaged with your website. Simple things, like video, newsletter sign up, call to actions, etc will help improve your bounce rate over time. Make sure you have proper tracking on your website, such as Google analytics.
10. Outbound links: Make sure the websites that you link to are 100% relevant to your business and industry. If you sell animals toys but you are linking to a site that sells shoes that is not very relevant and over time could really impact your rankings. Bottom line is if it makes sense to link to another site, then do so, but remember you could be sending your visitors away from your site.
11. Inbound Links: I know this was a list of my top 10, but I felt I had to mention inbound links. The key here (speaking as a white hat SEO person), don’t buy or exchange links. Market and promote your business online to build visitors to your website over time. If you do, then the relevant links will follow!

Just about every company on the planet has now spent some money on SEO/search egnine optimisation. Most to be honest have wasted their money through losing faith or just by using the wrong SEO company.
The first thing you must do as a website owner is establish where abouts your website actually ranks in relation to the actual searches people are performing.
Download this seo software and you will be able to establish this, by running ranking reports so you can see where your site is ranking.
You will then be able to formulate a campaign based around those keywords to imporve your websites exposure and by running ranking reports assess the upward movement of your site.
It is so simple it's but you would be surprised just how many people having spent good money on a website design have not a clue about they intend to market their website.
I got sent a report yesterday from a concerned lady who was paying for SEO to be done on her website. It took me just under a minute to establish that her so called optimisation was poor. The reason it was poor was because the SEO company had not done the basic research and just guessed at the searches being performed. Even then because the method used to so call optimise the page was complete rubbish the site still didn't rank in the top 10 for phrases that get typed in less than a 100 times a month.
Come on people get a grip, SEO is all about matching your content up to the specific words people are searching with. It's not rocket science and give me 10 minutes of your time in front of a PC and I would be able to show you evrything you needed to know.
It starts with where abouts you rank at the moment so get running ranking reports and let me know your issues.
